Artspace's New Artists Show Part II - Drinking From The Fire Hose was a group exhibition about the excess of material on the internet. The exhibition lasted three weeks and over this period more and more work accumulated in the space.

Close Quarters collaborated to create an evolving poster series to advertise their series of events. Mirroring the physical exhibition, the posters added a visual layer each week. We created A1 posters using acetone transfers and screen printing: all by hand. This alternative producion was a response to a limited budget, the concept of the obsolete, the mish-mashed overload of different artists, internet aesthetics of the exhibition and our love for the materiality of printed matter.

Close Quarters was Gabi Lardies, Anj Smuga, Eva Charlton and Grant Priest.
